Orders are completed within one to three working days of payment by bank transfer. We deliver the goods to your chosen transport company, or load them into your vehicle if you collect the order yourself. ### For individuals EMI [products](https://www.emi-penza.com/products.md) are supplied to every region of Russia and to other CIS countries – ask for them in the auto parts shops in your town. Everything we make carries the company logo. Beware of counterfeits, and ask your seller for a certificate. ## Placing an order If your order consists of several items, we recommend using the *order form*. It is built into the [product list](https://www.emi-penza.com/products.md) (ods and xlsx formats). Download the document, fill in the *quantity* column and send the result to us by email. The order form works out the total for you and speeds up processing. We will reply with an invoice for you to confirm and pay.
