How to buy our products
For business customers
Starting to work with EMI is easy – just contact us by phone or send an email. Orders are completed within one to three working days of payment by bank transfer. We deliver the goods to your chosen transport company, or load them into your vehicle if you collect the order yourself.
For individuals
EMI products are supplied to every region of Russia and to other CIS countries – ask for them in the auto parts shops in your town. Everything we make carries the company logo. Beware of counterfeits, and ask your seller for a certificate.
Placing an order
If your order consists of several items, we recommend using the order form. It is built into the product list (ods and xlsx formats).
Download the document, fill in the quantity column and send the result to us by email. The order form works out the total for you and speeds up processing. We will reply with an invoice for you to confirm and pay. Please remember to name the transport companies you would like us to use if you are not planning to collect the order yourself.

Turn east from Ulitsa Gagarina onto Ulitsa Krupskoy. The traffic light by the Karavan shopping center marks the turn.
If you are approaching from the north, you cannot turn onto Ulitsa Krupskoy straight away. Continue to Ulitsa Lenina, then turn left twice. You will come back onto Ulitsa Gagarina, pass the factory grounds and be able to turn right at the traffic light.
2Turn onto Ulitsa Lazo
After turning from Ulitsa Gagarina onto Ulitsa Krupskoy, turn right after about 50 meters. Take care not to miss Ulitsa Lazo and end up on Ulitsa ITR.
3Security checkpoint
To get a visitor pass, call us in advance and let us know about your visit. Products are dispatched from different parts of the factory depending on the order.
